If you currently use hemp-derived products that contain THC, an important change is coming that may affect what products are available to you later this year.
Legislation passed by Congress last November, as part of what has been widely referred to as the “Big Beautiful Bill,” includes new hemp provisions that take effect on November 12, 2026. While the bill covers a broad range of federal priorities, it also introduces a significant shift in how hemp products are regulated in the United States.
Under this law, hemp-derived products containing 0.4mg of THC per container will no longer be permitted for sale under federal guidelines.
What This Means for You
As the deadline approaches, you may begin to see changes across the industry. Full spectrum products, which contain THC, may be reformulated, discontinued, or face limited availability depending on how companies adapt to the new requirements.

These are valid questions, and the answers may vary by brand. At Joy Organics, our goal is to give you clear, early communication so you can make informed decisions without disrupting your routine.
Changes to Joy Organics Products
We have developed a clear plan to transition our product line ahead of the deadline.
To remain compliant with federal regulations, we will not ship any THC-containing products after November 11, 2026. As a result, you may begin to see changes to availability prior to that date.
Many of our products will remain unchanged. All of our topicals and pet products are already THC-free, so they will continue to be available without interruption.
For products that currently contain THC, we are making targeted updates:

Softgels: Our CBG Softgels will transition to the same formula without THC. Our Full Spectrum Everyday softgels will be discontinued, as this formula is already available in a THC-free option.

Tinctures: Our tropical, lime, and CBG tinctures will transition to THC-free formulas. Our unflavored full spectrum tincture will be discontinued, as this formula is already available in a THC-free option.

Gummies: Our Sleep Gummies will transition to a new and improved THC-free formula. Our Full Spectrum Raspberry Lemonade gummies will be phased out and replaced with new broad spectrum gummy options, giving you more flexibility to choose the formula that best fits your needs.
Some products will be discontinued due to their THC content:

Because of the higher levels of THC in these products, it is not possible to replicate the same experience in a THC-free format.
To support this transition, we will continue expanding our THC-free lineup across key categories.
As we get closer to the deadline, we will communicate directly with customers who purchase affected products, including timing and recommended alternatives.
