Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for being part of the Joy Organics community! Our Rewards Program is our way of giving back to loyal customers. Please review the terms below to understand how the program works.

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older (21+ where required by law).
• Must be a legal U.S. resident in a state where CBD is permitted by local law.
• Wholesale accounts, distributors, and resellers are not eligible to participate.

2. Enrollment

• Enrollment is free and no purchase is required to join.
  
• You must create an account at https://joyorganics.com/pages/loyalty to earn or redeem points.
  

3. Earning Points

• Points are earned on qualifying retail purchases made through our website (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or returned items).
• Points may also be earned through select non-purchase activities (e.g., product reviews, referrals, social media engagement).
  
• Points are not awarded for canceled or refunded orders.

4. Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed for eligible Joy Organics products during checkout.
  
• A minimum of 50 points is required to redeem a reward.
  
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied to past purchases.
  
• Unless explicitly stated, points may not be combined with other discount codes.

5. Point Expiration

• Points expire 12 months from the date they are awarded. Each point expires on a rolling basis, one year from the date it was earned.

6. Coupon Expiration

• Coupons redeemed using points expire 12 months from the date of issue.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

• Joy Organics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the program.
• All unused points will be forfeited upon account deactivation or termination.

8. Program Modifications

• Joy Organics may update, modify, or cancel the Rewards Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
• Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Legal Disclaimers

• The Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law.
• CBD products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

10. Privacy & Communication

• Information collected through the Rewards Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• By enrolling, you consent to receive occasional marketing communications from Joy Organics. You may unsubscribe at any time.
