Spreading Joy
Bringing Joy & Giving Back
In February 2019, we established our core commitment to giving back with our first-ever annual Joy Day. What’s Joy Day?
Joy Day celebrates our founder Joy Smith’s birthday—but that’s not all! Joy is passionate about helping others and using her platform to do so, which is why we aim to make Joy Day one of the most exciting events of the year. For our first Joy Day, we offered a major discount to increase access to our premium formulas and partnered with Greater Hope Project to provide meals to child refugees at Hope Primary School in Uganda.
It was far more successful than we could have imagined—thanks to the purchases made that day, we provided more than 200,000 meals to the children at Hope Primary School.
Since then, we’ve hosted a giveback event every year in February and we regularly donate and promote the work of organizations creating lasting positive change in the world. Here are a few nonprofits we’ve partnered with:
The Matthews House
The Matthews House in Fort Collins is dedicated to empowering youth and families in transition by providing resources, education, and supportive relationships. Founded in 2005, it offers comprehensive programs aimed at helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency and build stronger community connections.

We believe in showing respect to our employees, suppliers, customers, and anyone else who comes in contact with our products. We are committed to safeguarding the environment by keeping Joy Organics a primarily green company and regularly evaluating our processes for waste reduction.
Choosing Sustainability
We know that, to take care of our personal health, we must also take care of the health of our ecosystems—which is why Joy Organics is committed to being an environmentally friendly brand. We achieve this through carbon-neutral shipping, recyclable packaging, regenerative farming practices, and sourcing organic ingredients whenever possible.

What is Joy’s long-term goal?
