Don’t think of this as a miracle pill. It does work perfectly, but you also have to do your part of the process, retraining your brain when it is time to sleep and when to stay awake. Get lots of sunlight during the day, open all the windows, and pretty much keep on with your daily activities. At night though, dim the lights, avoid TV during bedtime and keep the room dark. This will tell the brain that it’s time to sleep. Add the softgels, and you’re all set for a restful night.
