How do I join the Joy Rewards program?

Simply create a Joy Organics account here. Once you're signed in, head to the Rewards Dashboard to start earning!

What are the benefits of joining Joy Rewards?

Does it cost anything to join?

Nope! It’s 100% free to join and start earning points.

Can I earn points for past purchases?

Points are only awarded for purchases made after you join the rewards program. However, if you're a new customer and your first order was placed just before creating your account, no worries—just email us at Support@JoyOrganics.com, and we’ll be happy to manually add the points from your most recent order.

How do I find my rewards information?

Log in to your Rewards Dashboard to track your points, redeem rewards, and see your tier progress.

Can I update the email address tied to my rewards account?

Email addresses can’t be changed directly in the system, but we’re happy to transfer your points to a new account. Please send an email to Support@JoyOrganics with your instructions. 

How do I track my rewards activity?

Visit your Rewards Dashboard and click "Rewards History" to view all earned points and redemptions.

When will my points appear?

  • Purchases: Within minutes of placing your order
  • Social Media Engagement: Within minutes of completing the action

Earning & Redeeming Points

What is the value of my points?
  • 10 points = $1

Points scale by tier:

  • Tier 1: 1 point per $1 spent
  • Tier 2: 1.25 points per $1
  • Tier 3: 1.5 points per $1
How do I redeem my points?

For Standard Purchases:

  1. Visit the Rewards Dashboard and log in to your account.
  2. Scroll down to the “How it Works” section.
  3. Click “Redeem” next to the discount you’d like to use.
  4. When prompted, confirm by clicking “Yes.”
  5. You’ll receive a coupon code to copy and paste into the discount box at checkout.

For Upcoming Subscription Orders:

  1. Log in to your Rewards Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the “How it Works” section and click the purple “Redeem” button next to the subscription-specific coupon.
  3. Confirm the redemption when prompted.
  4. The discount will be automatically applied to your next subscription order; no code copying needed.

To confirm it’s applied, go to Account > Manage Your Subscriptions. You’ll see the discount reflected on your upcoming order.

Note:

  • You must repeat this process for each subscription order where you’d like to use points.
  • For your first subscription order, redeem the red coupon and manually enter the code at checkout.

Where can I find my redeemed discount code?
  • Shown immediately after redemption (Be sure to copy)
  • Sent via email (Will arrive within minutes)
  • Always stored in your Rewards History
Why can't I use my rewards on sale items or bundles?

Bundles and “We Made Too Much” items are already discounted. Our system only allows one discount per order.

Can I use a discount code and rewards points on the same order?

Only one discount is allowed per purchase. We recommend using whichever offer gives you the greatest value.

Is there a limit on the number of points I can earn?

Nope! Earn as many as you like by shopping and engaging with us.

VIP Tier Program

How is my VIP tier determined?

Your tier is based on your spending during a rolling 12-month period:

  • Tier 1: All members
  • Tier 2: Spend $300+
  • Tier 3: Spend $1000+
What are the perks for each tier?

Tier 1:

  • Earn 1x points per $1 spent
  • 50 point birthday reward

Tier 2:

  • Earn 1.25x points per $1 spent
  • 100 point birthday reward
  • 50 point tier entry reward

Tier 3:

  • Earn 1.5x points per $1 spent
  • 200 point birthday reward
  • 100 point tier entry reward
How do I know my current tier?

Your current tier is highlighted in your Rewards Dashboard, along with a progress bar showing how close you are to the next level.

Will I lose my tier?

You keep your tier for 12 months. To maintain it, meet the spend threshold again within that time.

Why didn’t I earn points for a purchase?

Most likely, the purchase wasn't made using the email tied to your account. Always check out with the same email you registered with.

I’m missing points. What can I do?
  • Refresh your browser or log out/in
  • Check your Rewards History
  • If it's still missing, contact our support team at Support@JoyOrganics.com
Referral error when sending invites to your friends?
  • Double-check for typos in email addresses
  • Separate multiple emails with commas
  • Try sending one invite at a time
  • Use your referral link or SMS instead
I referred someone, but didn’t receive points. 
  • The friend must be a first-time customer
  • They must use your referral link and complete a purchase
  • You’ll get an email once the referral is successful
How do I get a birthday reward?

Add your birthday via the Rewards Dashboard. You’ll get bonus points on your birthday based on your tier.

I didn’t receive my birthday points

You must add your birthday at least 30 days in advance. If you add it too close to your birthday, your reward will arrive later (up to 30 days after registration). All future birthdays will be awarded on the date.

If it's been 30+ days and you haven't received your bonus, contact support, and we’ll make it right.
