Fort Collins, CO Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour
We’re looking for a super organized administrator who can keep our sales process moving seamlessly. Every day will involve coordination with our sales team and order fulfillment team to ensure the integrity of all orders shipped to our customers.
You’ll be chiefly responsible for uploading essential files in the order fulfillment process, generating reports through our CRM system and verifying the accuracy of all invoices and label orders. You’ll also manage our shipping calendar and invoice tracking sheet in coordination with our back-end account managers.

How You Will Support Our Mission…
Checking invoices for accuracy – daily
Checking label orders for accuracy – daily
Uploading label files for label orders – each morning
Comparing labels to design form to make sure they match the client’s request exactly and supporting relationship with our graphic designers – daily
Generating CRM reports to support back-end team priorities – as needed
Track reorders from clients and send thank you emails following each order – weekly
Manage the shipping calendar, adjusting priorities and concerns with Order Liaison – daily
Update invoice tracking spreadsheet – daily
Request updates from graphics for documents – brochures, design form, pricing guide, website, etc. – as needed
Updating email templates – as needed, coordinating with Front-End sales team leaders
Creating a “Deal” in CRM once the invoices are created for a reorder – daily
Who You Are…
Ability to accurately enter data and process forms
Impeccable written and oral communication
Keen eye for detail, unwavering follow-through
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments on a task
Excellent organization skills with a knack for spreadsheets
Ability to adapt to new tasks and ways of doing this
Great attitude and sense of humor – especially when the going gets tough
Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
Experience with G-suite and Microsoft Office
Administrative experience strongly preferred
Experience using Zoho platforms or similar CRM platforms preferred
High School Diploma required
Must live in Fort Collins area
